Room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was professional and pleasant to deal with. We will be staying here in future as we travel through. Good value.

Room was clean and neat, no smell in the room, carpet didn't feel tacky, could not hear anyone on the other side of the room when someone was there.

no complimentary breakfast, no coffee pot in room, Parkview Restaurant is next door, so we ate there 3 times, plus another location once.
